Organisation
Set your library's name, contact details, charity number, address and time zone, and the words Gizzago uses for toys, sessions and fees.
Sites and sessions
Add and edit the places you lend from or hold sessions at, the shelves and stores inside each one, and find your session times.
Borrowing
Set how long toys are lent for, renewals, late fees and missing-piece charges, and the rules for reserving and the waiting list.
Membership plans
Add, change or switch off the membership plans people can join on, with their price, length and borrowing limits.
Fees and payments
Choose the ways people can pay, set up the donation prompt and Gift Aid, add hire fee rules, and connect Stripe for card payments.
Items and categories
Manage categories, age bands and tags, add your own fields to toys and copies, and set how label codes are numbered.
People and forms
Choose what the joining form asks, how children are recorded, and add your own questions about adults or children.
Communications
Set who your emails come from, where replies go, the footer of every email, when reminders go out, and find the email templates.
Team and devices
Invite people to your team, give them roles, reset desk PINs, remove someone, and see or turn off desk tablets.
Connected apps
Make and revoke access tokens for Capture, the phone app for photographing donations, and see the status of Eventbrite.
Data, privacy and billing
Set how long details are kept after a membership lapses, export all your library's data, and find the audit log and billing.
